SEN-only sessions (UK)

Service Description

All of our Story Box classes are designed to support children with additional needs, using inclusive strategies such as simplified language, Makaton sign, and carefully chosen topics. However, we’ve recently launched a new strand of SEN-specific sessions for children with higher levels of need who may find it challenging to engage in a 40-minute session within a larger group. These sessions are: - Shorter (20 minutes) to better suit attention and regulation needs - Delivered at a slower pace, with a simpler story and more sensory-based activities - In smaller groups, allowing more focused support and opportunities to work on individual communication targets We recommend a maximum of 6 children per group. The price remains at £60 per session or £80 for two 20-minute sessions delivered back-to-back, making it both flexible and cost-effective
